Lincang is located in the southwest of Yunnan province and covers an area of 24,000 square kilometers. Lincang enjoys rich resources including plants, animals, non-ferrous metals, mines, herbs and flowers, etc, which is the world-famous town of Yunnan black tea . Lincang culture is tremendously bright with the Wa culture as the representative of the diverse ethnic group culture. It is known as the Hometown of Wa People. It is the permanent site of Micro Film Festival in Asia and the prize of Golden Begonia and is known as the City of Micro Film Festival in Asia.

Lincang Nut, its real name is macadamia originating in the south of Queensland, Australia. It is known as the King of Nuts. Lincang is one of the first regions introducing macadamia in Yunnan province. Since the introduction in 1991, the Lincang Nut which is suitable for local planting has been cultivated.There are 9 fine varieties that have been identified and approved. They are deeply loved by the masses.

The distinctive geographical climate of Lincang is very close to the origin area of macadamia and is one of the most suitable areas for the large-scale planting of macadamia. Lincang has more than 13 million mu of land in low heat valley area, which is suitable for macadamia planting. It has huge space to develop Lincang macadamia industry. Bred in this natural environment, the quality of Lincang macadamia is excellence. According to comparative analysis, many quality indexes of Lincang macadamia are higher than international standard. At present, the products have been sold to the domestic and overseas markets, and have become one of the important agricultural products traded in "Belt and Road" in Yunnan.

The Events Center is located in the east of Lincang covering an area of 29.87 mu with a construction area of 21,880 ㎡. It is divided into two parts: the conference center and the reception center. The main entrance is on the west side, facing the center square; the secondary entrance is located on the east side, facing the Justices Office building; both sides of the North and South are equipped with auxiliary entrance and exit to facilitate access and evacuation of the participants and vehicles.

There is one central auditorium with a seating capacity of 760 people in conference center; there are five lecture halls, the largest one with a capacity of 350;eighteen meeting rooms with 40, two presence chambers with spacious and bright halls. The whole conference center can accommodate more than 2,300 people at the same time with its complete function, beautiful environment and convenient transportation.
